Hi every one, my name is Tony and my son has recently started street stock racing at speedway, he has only had a couple of races so far so i am looking for some way he can get more driving experience in the car.

From what i have read the Dirt Circuit racing seems like it would be great fun and good experience.
We are Adelaide based and the car is an XF falcon.
I read on here somewhere that i need to join a club to buy a rule book, so how do how do i go about doing this?

Cheers

Hello Tony, welcome to the site.

Pm me your details and I can help you out. Next time you race at speedway, track down the Tapley family they race both Dirt Circuit for Pt Pirie and Speedway street stocks. They would be a great source of info as they have been involved with dirt circuit for many years. Steve Vaughan is another good person to talk to. Again he has participated in both sports.

Cheers
Matt

Welcome to the Website Tony! Great to hear another junior is out on the track.

We look forward to seeing him driving at speedway and one of the dirt circuit tracks - pretty sure he would have fun racing dirt circuit and learn a lot.

Cheers, Ma-n-Pa smile.gif

I have tried to send you a couple of PM's but not sure if they went through....I can write and send them but nothing shows up in the sent items folder so i don't know where they are going...Ill try again tomorrow.
What details do you need?
We are racing this Saturday so I will try to catch up with the people you mentioned if i find them at the pre race briefing.
Cheers
