Hey,

We have had some concerns regarding the Burnout Pad and the concrete Blocks.

Our President and Grounds Manager have worked again on a Saturday to try and please everyone. They have put truck tyres in front of the Concrete Blocks so people dont damage thier cars when they hit them.

I have included some pictures that i took today.

See you all at the Funday in Port Pirie, Sunday 19th November.

just wondering, are the pits gonna be left dirt or be bitumised or sumfin? just got me thinking, after what happened to Paschy's VQ Stato when the dirt gave way under the jack and the car landing on his wheel (well thats how i heard it happened anyways)

Cheers, Brad

Dunno how it happened, but the wheel was half off and something happened and the car fell on the wheel, the wheel was wedged under the gaurd, and pushed the gaurd up a bit. I've also been told it was coz of the dirt in the pits. I rekon I have a bit of it on video, might have to have a look.

this is the first time i've heard about this incident so i cant comment on it
but i assume later on down the track they will make the pit area better eg bitumen but this will be discussed at further meetings as these things do take time and cost money ..... hope this sorta helps you out ;)
